These important electrification developing project contract of signed at presidential place by Eng. Amanullah Ghalib, chief executive officer of Da Breshna Sherkat, in presence of president, minister of energy and water, respected lawyers of national council and provincial council and media with M/S Ofoghe Alborz Industrial, M/S Aster State Crops (JV), (Indian_Afghani, Group, Iran) M/S Atlas Afrooz Shargh, (Iran) companies.

In these projects, 15662 beneficiaries of Obay, Karokhi, Chesht, and Pashton Zarghon of Herat province, get benefit, goods procurement of distributive networks 0.4/20 Kw, designs, building, Installation and installation of 4 substations that each capacity 10 MWA power Energy and the extension of 110KW transmission line by length of 25 KM.

The mention projects fund is by World Bank that the first project will get complete within 9 months, and the rest 2nd and 3rd project will be completed within 18 months and get handover.
