This department is in charge of technical supervision, execution, and consultation for all types of public and private construction projects and contracting legal and private entities.

Our main activities in this unit are as follows:

• Design and consultation
• Renovation and restoration of buildings
• consultation of Roads and Building Projects
• execution of  building complex  projects using modern methods and tools
• Consultation and implementation of facilities and equipment
